Q1: When will you ship my Item after I checkout and made the payment?
A: All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after we received confirmed payment. All Items will be carefully packed and then shipped out.
Please note that orders can be processed during business days only. Orders placed during the weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Q2: How long does the delivery take?
A: The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address. Below are estimated delivery times in business or working days only (Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays not included).
Local Hong Kong Delivery
Hong Kong Post: 2-3 working days
Alfred’s Lockers or Pakpobox: 2-3 working days
International Delivery
Registered airmail or E-express: 7-20 working days (depending on destination)
Please note that the above mentioned are estimated delivery times required by the postal service and it does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country.
Q3 : Where is Alfred’s Lockers or Pakpobox closest locker location?
A: Customers also have the option to self pick up their Item(s) at one of the Alfred’s Lockers or Pakpobox.

Courier service will deliver your Item(s) to the designated locker within 2-3 working days. An SMS with the Locker code will be sent to the Customer. Customer will then have to pick up the Item(s) within 72hrs.
Q4: How can I track my order?
A: Each Item shipped out is provided with a tracking number, the Customer will receive a notification e-mail once its package has been dispatched.
For self-pick-up at Alfred’s locker, please follow the instructions on the SMS received.
Q5: How much will the shipping cost be?
A: Shipping cost varies from destination to destination, depending on the shipping option you choose. Please refer to your shopping cart at checkout for the shipping cost of your purchase.
Q6: Is there any import tax and custom duty?
A: For international orders, some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports. The Customer is considered as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country.
Import duties and taxes, as well as additional charges for customs clearance, must be borne by you.
